1.1 Shipping Policies

All products available at LDIC are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States, Russia and China) to the address informed at the time of purchase, and delivery takes 7 to 10 business days (on average after the product is posted) depending on the location, the product is shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed through bank slip take 1 to 3 days to confirm payment in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to be able to follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

Attention: In certain cases this delivery time may extend for a few more business days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of great demand from Correios, in short, situations that are beyond our control.

The store guarantees the delivery of the order, we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for the products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking, the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2 Insured Shipping

"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days of posting, on that date the amount will be 100% refunded".

1.3 Order Tracking

The products will be sent by the Post Office or another carrier, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customerTrack the progress of delivery, LD IC undertakes to instruct the customer on how to track the products. The code for access to the tracking will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to the lD IC Store.

The order tracking code is informed 3-9 business days after payment is confirmed.

The tracking code can take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Correios website.

2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1 Cautions with the Addressing of Requests

LD IC arranges for the shipment of products to the address that the customer requests. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling in the address at which you want to receive your order on the Correios website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

LD IC is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as a rule of the Post Office, the package will return to the sender, and no other delivery attempts will be made at that address.

In case the delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new freight, in the amount of 55 euros (Shipping value + post office fee), for the reshipment of the product.

2.4 Taxed Products

In the event of any charge for postal dispatch fees (The postal dispatch is the amount paid to Correios for the provision of support and administrative support services to customs treatment activities and is intended to cover the costs of receiving objects, X-ray inspection, storage, collection, and transfer of taxes (if any), Communicating with recipients and sender in addition to the return of the order when the recipient does not pay the taxes. With the new import model implemented, all international orders are subject to the service charge.)
